Error code E-04

Hi every1, this is probably the dumbest error code ever....E-04 paper jammed. there is no paper jammed not even paper in the printer anymore but it still comes up with this error. And only a month after the warranty went out. hmmmmm anbody got any advice

Hi,

I would check that there is nothing inside the paper feed system. The smallest piece of paper might cause a jam. Take the inks out and give the printer a good shake then put inks in and try again.

IHave you had a jam recently and pulled the paper out to clear it?
