I have the same problem. However, the machine has an automatic threader, so how can it be done differently? Also I am making sure the pressor foot is up when threading. What can I do??? At the moment I have the tension on 0 and it is not good still. It seemed to happen quickly with change of thread.

Neither of these suggestions have helped. The problem also comes and goes. sometimes just changing the thread brand fixes the problem however I am using the threads recommended at the store. Does anyone know of a brand of thread i should use for this machine? Or any further suggestions would be appreciated. Neither of these suggestions have helped.
