1. Manually turn on the component you want.
2.Press and hold the TV, DVD etc the illuminated component names turns on.
3.While holding the compnent key down simultaneously press and hold the ON.OFF key - the illuminated name turns off.
4. After holding down both keys for 3 sec, all components name stay on.
5.Release both keys. the component name remains lit.
6.Press and release the PLAY key, wait for 5sec, the component will turn off. If component does not respont continue to press PLAY every 5 sec until component turns off.
7.When the component turns off, then the correct code is blocked. Press REVERSE key wait 2 sec to see if component turns on again.
8. Once component turns on then use STOP key - now code is stored.
Note: use FORWARD KEY AND REVERSE KEY to go front and back on the code search.

I was unable to find a code for your remote but...The GE universal remote #24914 works all features on your Ilo tv. The code is in the book that comes with the remote. I use this remote myself. This remote can be bought at Target for under $10.Hope this helps you.

Press and hold CODE SEARCH
until the INDICATOR LIGHT
lights, then release CODE
SEARCH.

RCA does not list a code for the Trutech TV. Trutech says that their TV is not compatible with universal remotes.
Some people have said that they had luck with Daewoo codes. You could try 016, 190, 005, 171, 004, 006, 017, 127, 196, 202, 222.
If that does not work, you might also try the code search method.

1. Turn on the device you wish to program.
2. Press and hold CODE SEARCH until the indicator light lights, then release.
3. Press and release the device you are programming (tv,vcr, or dbs). The indicator light will blink once then remain lit.
4. Press and release off-on until your device turns off. You may have to press off-on up to 200 times.
5. When your device turns off, press the ENTER button and the indicator light will go off.
