Error code 2,155,0 . Printer using same cable works without error on my desktop PC (windows XP) but gives the above error code on my laptop (Vista home) when scanning using MP Navigator 2.2. Printer goes into scan mode but halts on the above error as scanning starts. Have upgraded firmware and drivers to latest available.

It seems that the printer has communication problem with the computer. If you are sure your USB cable is good than it might be the board of the printer is faulty
