Most of the times the signal gets dropped & the messagedisplayed is "The current settings do not match the current network you are using.you may not be able to use network services.

after selecting option Yes another message is displayed as "The Network operator does not exist in the database.Please contact network operator for the settings"
I have selected the proper country i.e India & correct Network operator i.e. Airtel from the list provided in the network wizard but still the message pops up very frequently .i have checked with the service provider too but as per them there is no need to do any manual settings its already configured in the phone.Please somebody help me on this because whenever the message pops up the network signal goes off completely.
This is usual problem with HTC touch with Airtel Network.
Seek advise from the airtel GPRS executive in any Airtel office.
Last option is to take it to your HTC dealer for change in software. I'll fix the issue.
I have purchased a new HTC touch phone last month facing a problem with Air tel prepaid connection handset shows network full but my phone is not reachable . if some body call me he notice ring is going on but on my phone no indication this problem is mainly wit air tel prepaid only if i use post paid handset is working fine.
