For network hi i am raj i have remove the network ic of this board as u see left side top top ic (black) for network problem not what to do please give me a solution

i have a network problem. but when i manually select my operator it shows up. but for a few seconds its out again. pls help i have a network problem. but when i manually select my operator it shows up. but for a few seconds its out again. pls help
