We also received the Digital Labs 19'' combo for Christmas. We have AT&T U-verse, and can't find the codes either and AT&T has been no help. I can't find a website for the Digital Labs either.
I had this same problem until i went out and bought snoop doggs "dogg father choke collar" now when she scrapes I simply pull tight on the bi!ch n she "acts right"

I just bought this TV and the tech support info is on the back of the manual. Resource is Starlite Consumer Electronics in City of Industry, CA. Ph 866-387-2027. I'll be contacting them for the code myself, but not sure when.

Wish I knew the answer ... I have the same problem after switching to Dish Network (Satellite). It worked fine with Time Warner Cable. I'm suspecting the signal over Dish is analog (NTSC) which is not supported by this particular TV. I wish I still had the box and receipt!
