I understand that this errors occurs in POST mode. You can always refer to service manual or troubleshooting guide of your machine upon purchase especially it displays error code. However not all error codes are not servicable for ordinary users due to risk. To give you an idea in solving the problem; present this error code to authorized service center and offer them to purchase the defective parts regarding this error, or you can troubleshoot by detaching or removing running parts one at a time.
