Windows 2003 server automatically shut down
If it gives you 60 secs warning , abort the shutdown by ---- shutdown /a---- command....and check for any servivice termination from administrative tools > services... check if all the automatic strted services are running
Sometime this happens if the system overheats. The CPU fan might not be cooling as it should.
Please check the CPU temperature from the BIOS or using this tool:
http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
Check the CPU manual to know the maximum CPU temperature and compare it to the current temperature.
If it is too high you might want to replace the CPU fan.

1-check the services (stop the service & start the service from the services)
2-check the firwall setting.
3-check the n/w card
4-Remoove the unwanted s/w
5-check pc for the viruses
