Remote problems? ive had my vrdvd4005 for awhile and every thing worked great. now the remote stoped working. we changer the batteries and still nothing. i ordered a new remote from sears and still cant get eather remote to work.I did get it to work once and thought it was going to work, just as fast as it worked once it stopped again, can anyone help? hrhodes

I have the same problem. The remote simply stopped working one day and I have no idea how to get it to work. I've changed the batteries, and even tried another remote from a second sansui vrdvd4005 unit that we had that stopped working and still nothing.I have the same problem. Mine did the same thing for awhile... and for some reason if I hit the "DVD/VCR" button and the "input" button at the same time it would start working again... you could try that, but I am no expert!
