How can I activate my voice command on my cell Phone ? so I can use it on my handsfree
device. I allready did the pairing with my cellphone ( LG shine 8700.)
It works fine receiving calls. I understand according to the userguide
of the device (sol CHAT speaker Phone) that I can make phonecalls
by just saying the name I want to call.

I am not familiar with the LG Shine, however, the last three LG flip phones I have owned were voice activated by pressing the button on the left side of the phone ... there are three, one stand alone, and one that is a rocker (press the top for one function, the bottom for a different function) switch. Press the bottom ...
Listen to the phone, you have hit pay dirt when the girl says Please Say a Command ... or similar.

My friend, a Little mis-quote in your response to my answer ...
'You have hit pay dirt' ... a saying which roughly means that when you are digging for something (read 'Gold', for example), you will find lots of dirt. Eventually you will find dirt that pays ('pay dirt'), dirt with gold in it.
On my LG, there are 5 buttons. When I press the right button (pay dirt), a woman's voice says "Please Say A Command".
Please explore the options offered to you when that screen opens up. There should be a 'help' feature on one of the soft buttons. Other options include a voice training feature.
