Hi, How can i reset the lamp on my DELL PROJECTOR 1800MP ? the lamp don't start, i can't see the menu item and others operations. How to hard reset the system please? Thank you. LJ

Make sure all the cable are connected tightley and check the pins in the end of each cable to ensure connection. Check the lamp itself, lamps usually run about $150 - 165 for this model, the timer beside the lamp can be reset but its just a lamp life timer. This will need to be reset when you replace lamp. If your a connected to a pc be sure the port is active an enabled. To reset the system you can unplug power cord for a few minutes and plug back in. It sounds like you have a cableing or lamp issue. If cableing is correct and no bad pins in the end, replace your lamp.

Look in the lamp menu... there is a lamp reset ... select it then select yes
