You didn't say which system you are running so let's assume you are running winxp. go to my computer, programs and find the file that contains your HP real estate Marketing assistant and delete itl empty the recycle bin and restart your computer. see if that works if not I will suggest you run a program named regcure which if you can't find I will be able to assist you with.
