Audio code 28 means your audio drivers are not installed. If your machine is a branded machine (ie DELL, HP/COMPAQ, etc) then go to their website for the latest drivers. If you built the machine up, go to the manufacturer site of the motherboard, or if you have the CD for it, use that.
