Just check the internet - there are many manuals websites, and sometimes even the manufacturer posts copies of their manuals
Get the model number for your microwave, then use on of the two sites below. hint: #2 Here are two sites: 1) http://www.usersmanualguide.com/sharp/microwave they will have your manual, but they'll charge you a few bucks for it 2) http://www.sharpusa.com/CustomerSupport/ProductDownloads.aspx These guys won't charge you a dime!!! Unlocking child lock on the sharp microwave model R316FSC
The Sharp Microwave/Convection oven I have says to touch the Custom Help button, the number "1", then touch the Start Button. To turn off the child lock, press the Stop button.
Or just unplug it, wait 1 minute, and plug in.
