The codes for an Orion TV for the URC-3021 are 0236 and 0463.
To control tour Orion TV with a One for All URC-3021, follow these steps:
1) Turn on your TV.
2) On the remote, press the TV key once.
3) Press and hold SET until the LED blinks twice, then release SET.
4) Enter the first four-digit code from the following list:
0236 or 0463.
The LED will blink twice.
If it does not blink twice, go back to step 2 and try the same code again.
5) Aim the remote at the TV and press POWER.
The device should turn off.
If it does not turn off, repeat steps 2 through 5 with the next code in the list.
