Hi Guys,
Please download the Philips Device Manager from their website for your specific Model. Then install this before connecting your player to the PC. You will then be able to add your music.

If you however have the latest Windows Media Player Version (11) you
may need to "Roll-Back" to properly sync your music across. See the proper way to do this in the FAQ on the Philips website.

some days back i scaned me philips GOGEAR for virus and i deleted the viruses in it and along with the virus all the music in it was also deleted but the problen is when i insert my player into thre system now it show the memory in it is nearly full but the player shows that there are no music in it pleas help me to solve the problem
