I have the Lexmark x5400. There is a document stuck in the queue, and nothing will print. I have cancelled all documents, but this one seems to be stuck.
Remove usb cable from the printer then try to cancel it then after switch off your printer then after trying to cancel if problem occurs then u have remover your printer driver and reinstall it
