Bios settings changed automatically

I have a one system,intel motherboard & celron processor sd ram.The system shows some complaints bios settings changed automatically and ask F1 occassionaly and time cant stored.i am already check the cmos battery and i changed the cmos battery but the complaint cant solve.some times cd cant be writes while the bios settings changed.

Have you tried to update the bios? One of the latest versions BIOS Update [DPP3510J.86A] 07/15/09. But verify to ensure that you download the correct bios for your board. There are a few options available. Also check the jumper pins for the bios on the motherboard normal or (default) setting is pins 1-2 jumped.
