Ok, you have downloaded a bug to your computer (it says its a toolbar for IE)

Go to Control Panel > Add & Remove Programs > Look for MyWebSearch and uninstall it.

download combofix.exe and run this, turn off your antivirus too
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

You can also remove it by running Spybot Search & Destroy.

Error loading C:PROGRA~1MYWEBS~1ar.binM3PLUGIN.DLL

That looks like the "MyWebSearch" search bar add-on for your browser. Do you run any adware or spyware cleaning utilities? If so, some find this as spyware. It may have removed part of the program from your system. Try uninstalling "MyWebSearch" and see if that helps. If not, go to your startup items and disable "MyWebSearch from running on startup.

How do I fix this error: Error loading C:PROGRA~1MYWEBS~1ar.binM3PLUGIN.DLL The specified module could not be found.

You have picked up the horrible program My web Search. You need to get this off your computer asap. Restart your computer in Safe Mode and then go to Control Panel >> Add/Remove programs and find My Web Search and uninstall it. Immediately run your security scans while still in Safe Mode. Restart your computer after doing all this and it will return to normal mode.

Error loading c:\progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll

You have spyware infesting your computer, the mywebsearch browser helper object. Run either Adaware or Spybot Search & Destroy, either should get rid of it for you. If not, please post to this thread and I'll give you a link to manual removal.

Ur solution did not working

That error looks like you have had malware/viruses on your pc. I would run malwarebytes antimalware on your system. It is a free program. This program clears most malware I have come across.
