If you'd like to resolve this isue just download and run the Kodak Clear Utility from www.kodak.com/go/clear.

Once done, download and install the lastest Kodak Home Centre Software from www.kodak.com/go/drivers. This should sort it out for you

Hello Sir, As you have not mentioned the Product make, I guess that it is a Kodak Printer as I have experience that this error comes on a Kodak Printer. In this case, try my steps given below:---------

  • First open Device Manager.
  • Select option " View" and from there select " Show hidden Devices ".
  • After then select " Printers ".
  • Then select "Action" and then "Uninstall".
  • After the above, select "Action" and then "Scan for Hardware Changes".
  • After doing the above all, select the Kodak AIO Home Center icon. If this time error also occurs, try to change the Administrator right to the Home Center application.
  • For doing it, you need to right click the icon and select properties, then select Compatibility and then Un-check all the Boxes and Apply then and exit.
  • Then again try to run the Kodak application.
  • If the error comes on again then it is surely a Firmware or Software Problem. For it you need to unplug the Printer from the PC and ask Kodak support for any available upgraded Softwares of Firmware.
  • At last be sure that only one Port is enabled in for the Printer. Disable all ports ( if there are multiple ports enabled ) except one and try again to run Kodak AIO Home Center.
Contact me for any further support or assistance.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
