The control lock is on and i can't start the washer

Really need Model Number people to properly help, anyway, there should be a button next to or around the start button, on some this button is beside the cancel button, should have a little (small to see) emblem on it that looks like a lock. Press that button for three to five seconds (or until it unlocks) and it should unlock. If not then list model number here so I know for sure what unit you have. You can also go to google and type in search bar the model number of the unit with "unlock console" after it and find method on unlocking unit console.
