You may have to delete your inbox, outbox, sent items and maybe your drafts. Not all but some to clear up the SIM memory. This maybe because you have saved alot of your contacts to your SIM card. Please consider sharing between SIM and fone memory.

Dial *#7370# from youre phone...enter the lock code, which generally is 1234... it restores the phone completely... Also, make sure that you save everything as back up because youll lose all your data when you restore your phone.It works. GoodLuck.
