Hi there this should be a simple one there are three suggestions the first one if you goto word or which ever program you are using goto file then select page setup once in there check the paper size is correct to the paper that is in the machine and check that paper source is from tray (Cassette) I trust this is the only printer on your system if not you must select this printer before you start the above.

The second on is in the properties of the printer goto start printers and faxes the right hand click on the printer and select printing preferences. Once in there check that you are set for the cassette for paper feed and the print size is set to same as original.

The third one is on the machine itself go into the menu and select paper handling and set the cassette to be used first and make sure it is set to the correct size paper as well.

The most common one would be the first one as not many people change the settings within the driver or the machine.

Hope this is some help to you
Thanks J
