code problem

i typed in the keylock code to many times. now its asking me to type in blackberry followed by another code. if i get the code wrong i loose all my data

If you use Blackberry desktop manager, you would be able to retrieve your information on your phone with the backup and restore feature.  This is a security feature to your phone, going forward if you are not familiar with the program, definitely worth being educated on.
