What file did you move? and when does it appear? do you need to go to that address any more? seems like its a temp file and that is no danger if they are missing. you can always delete temp folders.

    ok, have you tried to change homepage on your browser? try
    tools>Internet Options>
    and change homepage to www.google.com. and then click OK

    ok, looks like you have some virus or something has messed up your system.

    1. download this malewarebytes. install it and run "quick scan", before you do that inactivate your antivirus software(else it gonna be a collision). after the run remove everything the program find.¨
    2. after that restart you computer and see if problem is gone.
    3. you can also try after 1 and 2, to start computer in safe mode(f8 after bios logo) and delete the whole temp folder. (cannot find 'file://c: documents and settings/...../ local sittings/temp)
    and restart your computer.

    the computer shouldnt try to load any files from the temp folder.
    temp folder is just for install files etc.

    you can also check the msconfig for startup programs.

    go run->msconfig
    and then startup.
    check for programs that have the temp folder as startup folder.
    unbock if you find.
