Go to Hauppauge.com and download drivers for product WinTV-HVR-1500 is also WinTV-HVR-1250. Works with Vista and XP.

Well, the "HP ExpressCard TV Tuner for Windows Vista
(RM436AA#ABA)" supports only for Windows Vista.... and it will not work with Windows XP.
If you are lookng for Windows XP Tv Tuner Card, I recommend you to purchase Hauppauge WinTV-PVR USB2 (EC557AA#ABA). As this one supports for Windows XP but needs Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 .
