Your seagate is absolutely damage. replace hard disk instead. maybe some repair shop can repair hard disk. Just try ok.
I have this problem once time, then I try to fix it by cheking the voltage in the maind board, I try to replace my dioda that have 16 w voltage there is 2 dioda that replaced, and its work
