Works, but a bit more info for you ......
the belt needs to be placed towards the back of the drum above the spindle not at the front where I assumed it went !
Needs to be stretched a little to fit over both drum & spindle.
I found it easier to remove top (2 screws at back and then give slide off front to back with a gentle shove...), then remove screws for side panel and clip off the top control panel to remove last 2 screws to allow side panel to be laid flat, then plenty of access.
Tug the drum backwards to slide it free to allow you to get the belt under and around the drum.
Can be done but needs 2 pairs of hands ideally !
Remove the rear panel screws, remove side panels, pull drum backwards, slide belt down front of drum and under, refit rear panel screws refitting drum at the same time, place belt around motor spindle and reasemble, job done.
