My MP3 player doesn't turn on and i turned it on alot but now it doesn't turn on please Help!
I have this problem since i brought the m25, every 3 o 4 months more or less, it doen't power on in my first attemp , showing the message "UPLOADER", if i try to power it up to 20 times it starts, when it gives that chance i always re load its firmware and the issue is solved, another solution when it hangs what i found is swaping the batery for a sec. and try to power it on again
Did you change the battery?
Did you drop it in the water?

i have a tge hb500 2 GB mp4 player. yeah, mine has a similar problem;
everytime i put songs on it (242 to be exact) it only shows up that i have 200. it is a 2gb, and i still have ALOT of memory space on it. i tried the reformatting thing too, and that will not work for me either. but when i plug it into my computer, it says that all 242 songs are on it. i really need help before i throw this thing through the window. o_0

Look on the back of the player. Tou will see a little pin hole with the word "reset" next to it.
Push a paperclip or other suitable pointed object into the hole and hold it for a five seconds.
This will reset the system to factory settings.
Away you go.

One thing that worked for me was to format the player once I plugged it into the computer. This fixed all the problems. Of course, if you have music on it, make sure that you have it elsewhere too.
