Would not connect to the Internet. When disabled could connect no problem. Did an uninstall and reinstall but when I reinstall it gives me a driver error and will not complete the install. Downloaded a program from Trend micro to fix this problem, but it didn't work.
Remove remnants of the old version:

After removing the remnants install the latest version of your program:
