Hello Please advise how to fix error code 01. Communications between the camera and lens is faulty. Clean the lens contacts. Please advise the best way to do this. We have cleaned the contacts with a glasses cloth and tried 2 different lens and recharged the battery, but still not working. Thanks Susan
Reset camera by removing battery completely for about 10 seconds.
otherwise, time for service.
sounds like a processor board issue.
you can use a contact cleaner sparingly, available from frys electronics or any other electronic reseller like radio shack.
