A phone has 2 codes. One Security and another Lock. As you have forgotten the Security Code, try to enter Lock code as an alternative. If it doesn't work, try the Master Code. It is calculated according to your IMEI is 5140011747. If the Master Code doesn't work, take the Phone to a Nokia Service Center. They will update the phone and restore its default settings. It will also make the code default which is supplied in the manual or the Service Centre people can themselves enter the Code.
