If it is 'burnt up', you just throw it away and buy another. Don't run the new one so hard, your hearing with thank you.
If it is a single component that has failed, an audio engineer can replace it and find out why it failed. Often as once component becomes stressed and fails, it takes other components out with it. The fuse should be the first thing to fail and that protects the rest.
