Model no: kyocera 6525mfp Problem : black image came out. Description; I checked the printer test report it came out good quality. But when I take copy it comes out black. I cleaned glass too and refix the scanner ribbon cable too. What is issue ? Please help me out of this problem. Thanks

If you are copying and get an all black print, either the light under the glass has failed, or the strip in the Automatic Document Feeder has failed. The lights can't see the text and paper, so it prints an all black sheet. Call for service.

Yes, or just test it. Open the main cover, or the cover on the ADF and press copy. Do you see a bright green light?
But yes, you could swap the units.

Sir, I checked bright white light only appeared i didn't saw green lights. But carriage is moving nicely..
Sometimes green, sometimes white. So if it isn't the light source, check the contacts around the toner and developer.
While copying the white light is sighted.. no issue..
Dear sir, Once again thanks for helped me . Finally I got the answer . The answer is issue with the Main PWB. I replaced it and working fine now..
