Hi...I have a Philips HTS 9520, It is stack on (Starting) on the display when i turn it on. However, I am able to select the source, but nothing plays, not even Radio. Kindly assist.

The system must run through its routine before it can start up.
If a mechanism is jammed or a switch is not contacting, it won't complete its routine and therefore will not start up.
