Contact with Adobe will do you no good. The activation servers for this product are shut down. Even if you had the serial for it, it will not activate. Adobe stopped selling this in 2008. If you acquired it, you have an unlicensed product with no access to an activation server. I cannot supply guidance to any workaround if I found such as Fixya does not offer "cracking" services.
