My Amazon Echo addresses me by my brother's name instead of my name because my brother played around with it. How do I get it to address me by my name?
All you have to follow below-mentioned steps:
1. Just say "Alexa, go to settings" or swipe down from the top side of the screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Scroll down and go to Device Options.
4. Then tap on Reset to Factory Defaults.
4. Tap Reset to confirm you want to proceed.
