You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below... FExplorer is a software which allows you to view all the content of the phone or the memory card content in raw format..

• Go to the system in your mobile in the bluetooth connection install the "file exploere .sis"
• After installing go to the file c:/sytem then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt"
• Now open the file ,
• No you will see the password.

Remeber that the locked memory card should be inserted in your mobile .
