Printer Jam

Question

Put a 4" x 6" glossy photo paper into the tray for small envelopes & paper. The printer grabbed it; however disappeared. I have a jam warning, but I cannot see it to retrieve it.

Its probably stuck wrapped around the fuser.

It WAS glossy Laser paper and NOT glossy Inkjet paper wasn't it ??

Glossy Inkjet paper could cause a proplem like this, as inkjet paper just isnt made to stand the temperature of a fuser (the fuser cover reaches a temp of just under 180 Celcius) and it melts !!!
