I have an HP Touchsmart IQ500 running Windows Home Premium 64bit System. I have been unable to Play the Television Function for the last two weeks and found no solution from Hewlett Packard Technical Support. Although all the Digital Television Programmes have Installed and the Media Center is working in every other way. When I try to Play the Freeview Television Programmes I get this message. DECODER ERROR The Video Decoder has either Malfunctioned or is not Installed. I have tried to Up-Date the Drivers from the NVIDIA Website and I get the message that Windows cannot find the Programme these Drivers are for. Can you please HELP ME. Edna Allen @ Allee972@aol.com
