Document jam my copier keeps showing to remove documents and then open and close doors but there is no document jammed and it keeps showing me the same thing it doesnt go away what can i do.

One of the sensor springs most likely came off of one of the actuators.
You can take a minella folder and push it through the document path and pull it out the bottom to disloge any fragments of paper left in the feeder. It is possible there is a small piece of paper left in the paper path.

Sometimes powering off and pulling the power from the wall will reset an error like this. If not there will be small flag sensors in the paper path that should be spring loaded. Make sure the springs have not come off and the sensors are moving properly. Next is to make sure the data cable the connect the document feeder to the machine is tightly connected. You should have the power disconnected when re-seating this cable. Also make sure the hinges are not broken.
