Hi, I have installed this motherboard and am having issues with the memory.
Here is the memory that I have:
(2) 1GB (1024MB) PC4200 DDR2 533MHz SAMSUNG ORIGINAL DIMM
I inserted one stick in Channel A(0) and the other in Channel B(0) and when I booted, got the 3 beep code which I found out was a memory code.
I then took out the one in Channel B(0) and tried to boot with just the one stick in Channel A, got the beep codes. I then took the one out of Channel A and put a stick in Channel B(0) and it booted with no error codes, just rec'd a message that in order to optimize the dual channel memory that Channel A and B need to have the same size ram.....
So I proceeded in singular channel with the one stick and loaded the OS. I then loaded the drivers for the mobo. I was able to restart 2x with no issues.
Out of curiosity, I then added the other stick into Channel A and it booted all the way through to the OS with no issues, no beeps, but when i tried to restart the system, I got the beep codes. I tried this 2 more times with no luck.
I have tried installing the ram in differnt slots as singuler channel and it was no go, the only slot that is fine is Channel B(0).
I did remove the cmos battery and replaced it with a new on, did not make any difference.
Do you think the mobo is bad? Is there something that I am missing? Any other ideas to try?

Yes I tried both cards in Channel B and no issues. I even tried installing known working cards from another similiar system and same results. I was thinking of trying a different PSU but didn't know if that would cause such problems but I suspected a bad mobo, Thank you for affirming what I thought was the problem.
