Installaion error i have vista installed but now i want to installed xp.but when i run setup after somtime a msg show on a blue screen, like that:-(The problem has detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage on your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.If this screen appears again, follow this steps - the device driver got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. - STOP: 0x000000EA (0x845F7200, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)). So, that's the error message who came up every time I start my computer. So, it doesn't finish the installation because this error appear.pleaese tell me what i do

First make sure thats what you want to do since xp is no longer made. If you still want to go ahead you have to make sure you have the complete install and directions. You will have to remove vista first. But check the specs if you bought the computer with vista already installed you will not have the right drivers in your computer to go backwards in versions. Good luck. The reason the error comes up is that the install is trying to remove a component that is needed for your computer to operate. If you had xp and updated to vista, depending on how it was installed it would have removed the xp driver when updating.

In most cases with newer installs, the BIOS of the motherboard may be programmed to only accept Vista or Windows 7 as its operating system. There are some cases that it will not accept windows xp regardless of what you do. The BIOS would have to be re-flashed if possible with new directives to allow the other operating system.
