Verizon wouldn't even look at the 1-yr old phone. Just said it's a known problem and I need to buy a new one.
I had the same issue.. phone was 5 days old.. had to get a new one.No issue with this one now.

This is related to the earpiece speakers not functioning and requiring the phone be on speaker or using a headset.Is there something in the phone that can be replaced?
