Every few days we get the following error message on our Minolta D13510f.
Error C0960
Its says contact our technician and provide this number to them. This is something that happens a few times a month, sometimes the problem goes away, sometimes we actually have to have the technician come in and take a look at it. It seems to be a problem with the Multi-bypass tray because I hear a noise from the tray right before the message appears. I searched online but with no luck.

That error code usually indicates a problem with the bottom paper tray. Make sure the paper is loaded properly and that all the paper is aligned properly. Take all the paper out of the tray and reload it.
