I used to have two hard drives set up as Non-RAID drives but recently my second drive crashed. I have been running on the single hard drive and have bought a replacement drive.
My system doesnt seem to be able to detect the new HD at all... is this due to the RAID array? or a faulty HD?
Please advise...
You have a jbod you will need to do this right click on my computer select manage from the drop down menue under this option you are going to select disk management on the lower right it will list the hard drive if installed correctly.Initialize the drive and format it .
