Temp up arrow causes the temp display to lower in bake or broil mode. Result: I cannot set bake any higher than 350

If the oven bakes great at 350 degrees, then the problem your having is with the membrane circuitry = The touchpad/keypad on your oven is faulty. The buttons itself is bad.
