The tv goes from normal to a blue screen then back again
It must be because ur tv is not being serviced regularly
cos the chips get fungus growing on it it happened to my
tv too its is 55" toshiba rear projection so get it to an toshiba repair centre.

it happens on all the inputs it is like the blue tube gets real bright almost to the point to where you cant see the picture the it will go back to normal
what are you inputting to tv?
