HELP! We have two of the RCA Model 25202 phones in our office. We have been trying to set up the phone so that we are able to connect customers to each other without having the hang-up the phone and redialing the number. In other words, we have two separate numbers but we want it so that when someone mistakenly calls one number, we don't have to hang up but just can easily connect them to the other phone line. Does this make sense? With the multiple phone jacks, we were told that was possible. PLEASE HELP!
